Defective items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. There is a 20% re-stocking fee for all non-defective items returned. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

For returns, please contact us for an RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.

All new systems will include their full manufacturer warranties. Any extra components, such as drives, RAM and GPUs, will be covered by Marigold Systems for the same warranty period with a NBD replacement.

If there is any issue, a replacement part will be shipped via UPS Next Day Air delivery with a return label for the defective part. Defective parts must be sent back within 3 business days in order to keep the remaining warranty period valid. International customers must cover the shipping costs both ways.

Refurbished servers include a 1 year parts replacement warranty through Marigold Systems, LLC. All server hardware, hard drives / SSD drives, RAM and processors are covered by said warranty. If there is an issue with any any part of the server, a replacement part will be sent Ground with a return label for the defective part. Defective parts must be sent back within 3 business days in order to keep the remaining warranty period valid.

We sell a variety of brand new and pulled enterprise components. New components will be covered by their manufacturer warranty. Refurbished and components described as "New Pulls" will be warrantied by Marigold Systems, LLC for 30 days. Any issue and a replacement component will be shipped via UPS Ground.
